Er hat Android Auto echt gestartet.

Aber iwie komisch er sagt beim Verbinden zu AC BT wird unterbrochen.

Hi, mit dem “BT wird unterbrochen“ meint er die herkömmliche Verbindung zum Handy über die du zum Beispiel ohne Android Musik streamen oder telefonieren kannst. Nach Start von Android Auto kann ich zwar Navigieren oder Musik aus dem Internet Streamen (natürlich auch Whats Apple und telefonieren...) aber nicht mehr meine eigenen auf dem Handy gespeicherten MP3 abspielen. Manche haben das Wohl über einen Hub (+IPod) hinbekommen. Bei mir startet er bei Anschluss über den Hub aber Android Auto nicht mehr.

Below is the very specific instruction the technician must follow. If they deviate from this even slightly it can cause the update to fail outright. If you have no Android Auto available and you've got it on your phone it might be either your phone is not compatible (may I ask the model?) or the workshop have not updated it correctly.
It is strongly recommended that the following sequence of the controllers to be programmed must be respected

1.K74 – Human Machine Interface (HMI) (only with RPO Code IO5 - "Touch RF700" or IO6 - "Navi RF900")

1.Apply the "USB File Transfer" programming in TIS2Web application. Select "Feature Software - with additional cost“. Follow the instructions.
2.Insert the USB drive in the USB receptacle of the vehicle. Follow the instructions.
3.Apply the "SPS Programming" in the TIS2Web SPS application.

2. A11 - Radio (Tuner)

1.Apply the "USB File Transfer" programming in TIS2Web application. Select "Software only for HMI Feature Software“. Follow the instructions.
2.Insert the USB drive in the USB receptacle of the vehicle. Follow the instructions.
3.Apply the "SPS Programming" in the Tis2Web SPS application.
4.Apply the "SPS Config & Setup" programming in the TIS2Web SPS application.


3.P16 - Instrument Cluster (only with RPO Code UDD)

1.Apply the "USB File Transfer" programming in TIS2Web application. Follow the instructions.

man muss doch Händlernummer usw eingeben damit man das Update von Opel bekommt. Glaube nicht das es geht

Bin 170 km gefahren. Navigiert von Google Maps. Nebenbei gestreamt bei TuneIn, Spotify und Google Play Musical habe Whatsapps empfangen und verschickt.

Jetzt kommts: ALLES OHNE ABBRÜCHE!!!!!

Passiert. Hatte ich auch schon... also jetzt 50km und keine 170km.

Ist mir trotzdem zu unsicher. Und das 900er Navi finde ich von der Darstellung her trotzdem hübscher. Dank dem Update ist es jetzt auch spürbar schneller geworden.

Ich vermute die Sony Modelle Z, Z1, Z3 ... funktionieren ziemlich gut. Mit denen soll sogar die Mirrorlink Technik, die es ja für den Astra gar nicht gibt, sehr gut harmonieren. Laut zahlreichen Foren ist Mirrorlink ja eigentlich nahezu unbrauchbar. Heißt jetzt zwar nicht, bei AndroidAuto läuft das dann genauso oder noch besser, aber für mich wärs naheliegend. Denn Mirrorlink ist ja so ne Art Vorgänger von AndroidAuto, nur nicht von Google direkt entwickelt, ihr könnt mich gerne korrigieren.

Werd ich bald testen können. Habe ein Z5.

Ich habe folgende Erfahrung mit R4.0 und dem Galaxy S5 mit 6.0.1

Sobald ihr ins Auto einsteigt und das R4.0 hochfährt -entweder Zündschlüssel auf Pos 1 oder kurz warten nachdem man die Fahrertür aufmacht- dann sofort das Handy per USB anschließen und warten. Danach funktioniert es in nahezu 100% der Fälle. Jedoch während der Fahrt das Handy anzuschließen ist schon fast sinnlos, funktioniert in nahezu 100% der Fälle NICHT. Probierts aus!!

Übrigens, ein Update des R4.0 soll laut Hotline Mitte Juli (2016) herauskommen. Kunden werden allerdings nicht informiert, man soll sich selber an Opel wenden, sagte mir die nette Dame der Service-Hotline. Offensichtlich haben sie das Problem erkannt, wollen es aber offiziel nicht zugeben. Ich schätze wenn man sein Auto Ende des Jahres zum Service bringt, spielen die das drauf. Hoffentlich.....

Übrigens, weiß jemand, mit welcher Tastenkombination man das R4.0 neu "booten" lassen kann? Macht sich gut, wenn man während der Fahr doch mal das Car-Android braucht. Denn das Radío fährt nämlich erst nach locker 10 min herunter wenn man das Auto ausmacht und verschließt.
